VTB Capital is one of the three strategic business arms of VTB Group, along with the corporate and retail businesses.

Created in 2008, the business is headquartered in Moscow with offices in London, Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, Vienna and Kiev.[1] [2]

VTB Capital is led by Yuri Soloviev, First Deputy President and Chairman of the Management Board of VTB Bank[3] and by Alexei Yakovitsky, Global CEO and Chairman of VTB Capital holding companies Board of Directors.[4] The CEO, UK and International, for VTB Capital plc is Atanas Bostandjiev.[5]

Since 2009 VTB Capital has run an annual international investment forum, Russia Calling!, in both London and Moscow.[6]
